nitemare007 answered:

#80 is Barboach, Fishermen on the rainy route connecting Pastoria to Hearthome have them.
#117 is Wooper, find him in the Great Marsh
#136 is Tentacool, find when surfing in lower level areas
#151 is Manaphy, there is a book behind Mr. Backlot in his mansion with a picture of Manaphy in it. That is how you get the info
#152 is Rotom, Catch in Old Cheatau in TV at night
#156 is Probopass, Hikers have them, or catch a Nosepass in Mt. Cornet and evolve it.
#168 is Umbreon, Collector on the same route where you find the Barboach has one.
#169 is Leafeon, Pokemon Ranger has one, come down from Hearthome past Backlot's Mansion to the rain-covered route and the first trainers you see will have one or evole Eevee in Eterna Forest.
#170 is Glaceon, Trainer has one on the snow-covered route connecting Mt. Cornet to Snowpoint, not sure on which one but it he/she is in that area or you can evolve Eeve near the cold rock on the same route.

-hope this helps
