My shaymin won't change!

I used a code to get Shaymin in platinum and it works. I got the flower an it changes to sky shaymin. THen I used the event code fr pearl to get a shiny shaymin and traded it over to my platinum and it won't transform! What the Hell?! Has this happened to anybody else and how can I fix this? I want a shiny sky shaymin!!!

Well that might be a problem but lucky for you I was searching around and found a code that might help but I do not know were I got it so here it is and it is for platinum. And note the item it will be holding.
This is a shiny skymin nicknamed shaymin it's hold a gracidea flower it's the bomb ! Best moves and it's shiny!

You have to use a real shaymin.not an AR shaymin
