If it helps, wild chansey and happiny are sometimes found holding them. I found it, but I can't remember where.
To be honest Im not sure. But I have a better way to get one. Find a Pokemon with thief or teach it to someone. Go to the route just north of solaceon town, the one just north of the tower, and mash up chanseys with thief you will pretty much find an oval stone in the first three that you take out. And if you are a lucky bugger you can also find a lucky egg which multiplies the exp. You get in battle by 1.5 woot. Attach it to a Pokemon you got in a trade and it gets 2.25 times the exp it would normally get. I know this cause I used thief on chanseys to find a lucky egg and got about 7 oval stones before getting a lucky egg. Oh well good luck finding one and doing whatever the heck you want to do with it
You don't look for it with an item finder! You have to battle
A youngster (I think... You have to battle a trainer) and it's right next
To you after your done.
You can find the oval stone in the lost tower. Once you have battled the youngster, press the up button on your 'D-pad' and press 'A'. A message will appear saying: '(player name) obtained an oval stone' (I think that's what it says anyway...). So you can give the stone to a Happiny or something!
