You could use a cheat device, or you could go to a special event if there are any where you live, to obtain the 'Member card' which is an old card-key that allows you to enter the inn and battle Darkrai... I myself don't actually have the option of attending any such events, because they are never even held in my country.
Where do I live? Australia... But to Nintendo, you'd think it was B.F.Egypt! Thanks to good old Ninty and Gamefreak, I have to resort to a cheating device... Maybe they should have special events online or something!
You need to go to a nintendo event to get an item to open it. Yes, you can also cheat.
You have to have a japanease game and go talk to the person in black or the other guy I'm not sure and he'll give you the members card then if you go to harbor inn they will take you to an island where darkria is
