Who do you get magmortor on pearl please tell me. Also how do you get elelctrivire.

First of all, you have to have the National Dex to do this.

Magmortar:
Put Leafgreen into the gamboy slot and go in Stark Mountain to find magby, somtimes it will be holding the magmarizer. It will evolve at level 30 into Magmar, then you have to trade it holding the magmarizer to evolve it into Magmortar.

Electrire:
Put Firered into the gamboy slot and go to the Valley Windworks to find Elekid, somtimes it will be holding the electrizer. It will evolve at level 30 into Electabuzz, then you have to trade it holding the electrizer to evolve it into .
Electrire.

It's in the walkthrough section on this site. Take a look there.

You need a magby/elekid evolve it into magmar/electabuzz. Then give magmar the magmarizer to hold, trade it and you have magmortar. Give electabuzz the electrizer to hold, trade it and you have electivire.

You have to trade a magmar/electabuzz holding magmarizer/electrizer and it will evolve into magmortar/electrive.
