I have the Seals for the Pokeballs but where do I get the Capsules?

Question for Pokemon Pearl

I have the Seals for the Pokeballs but where do I get the Capsules? Also, I have noticed that sometimes before my Primplup attacks it sort of pulsates and emits a yellow ring before attacking. What's that? Lastly, why are the different plates called the Arceus plates?

Hmm, aren't they in your computer? I can't remember...

I wondered why at first what the yellow ring was, I think it means it is using the item it's holding.

They can be given to the legendary Pokemon Arceus, available in D/P. If it holds a spooky plate, it will be a ghost type Pokemon, if it holds the meadow plate, it will be a grass type Pokemon, if it holds the draco plate, it will be a dragon type pokemon... Get my drift. Also there is writing on each plate, that tells the story of Arceus. Each plate has a part of the story on it.

Goto: http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-dp/ and look up Arceus. You need to use an action replay or go to a special event to catch it, though.

Go the Your Name PC and it wil say ball capsules. You can do the seals there.

I wouldnt know about a yellow glow. Although it may be the move you are using. I think there is a move that makes the Pokemon glow. Is it every move or just one??

The plates are not called Arceus plates. They all have their own individual name. Although some people may call them Arceus Plates because it uses them.

They are in your computer once you access ________'s PC. You must have given it a quick claw or other item. That's what they are called because you equip them to arceus and he changes his type.
