How do you evolve happiney or whats ever it's called, the one the evolves into chansey? I tried using the oval stone but it says that it's unusable or unable, and it's already happy with the two big hearts. Oh and I tried doing it between the time 4:00 and 20:00 like some websites say but it still doesnt work.

You evolve Happiny to Chansey by using the Oval stone during the Daytime hours. Preferably between 7am - 11am.
Well maybe it has to be at a certain lvl. I thought the way you were doing it was right.
Where do the 2 hearts show up?
To evolve happiny I think you have to level up happiny with happiness while it ha the oval stone, then happiness with chansey to get blissey
