i have a rayquaza level 93 and i beat tainers EVERYWARE and cant find ANY more strong pokemon to train against so... HELP ME!!!!!

I had the exact same problem with my level 100 Rayquaza. So I went to my nearest Game on an Event Day and fought everyone there! You can win Pokemon and rare items. If you can't then sorry. Hoped this helped.
It sounds crazy but just keep fighting the elite 4! Make sure that rayquaza is on the frontlines and battling most of the time. Also make it hold Exp.Share if it can't stand anymore beatings. And don't get frustrated it takes awhile to level up a Pokemon who is in the 90's.
Keep battling the Elite 4. Thats the only way 2 get exp from high lvl pokemon.
Battle the elite 4 with it. Thats how I got all my Pokemon to level 100.
Just keep on battleing the elite 4 untill you get it to level 100.
