Question for Pokemon Pearl

Can anyone give me a cheat without having to use action replay to get a master ball or guarantee that I catch a pokemon

There is no pokeball that can catch Pokemon without fail other than the master ball ,
But you can say "gotcha!" into the microphone and that will increase your chances.
You can also talk to the man in the house next to Solaceon's Pokemon Center and
He'll ask for a Pokemon , if you find the Pokemon put it in the first slot in your party
And talk to him , he'll give you some kind of pokeball.After a while you will get a master ball.
If you don't like to do it that way then you can also find a fat man in a cave south of Veilstone City.
He'll ask for a race , if you can catch all of the Unown before he can finish making the cave.
Go and catch all of the Unown and go back to the man , there will be more to the cave now.
Go to the end of the cave and there will be two different Unown , an exclamation point , and
A question mark.Catch them both and talk to the man , you can now trade all the Unown that you
have for 999 master balls.
