Question for Pokemon Pearl

Ok I know someone has probably already said or asked this question before but um ok here's the problem. I've got my 7th gym badge already and I can't find the key to the galactic hq in veilstone any where I realy am very desperate I could use all the help I can get

You have to go somewhere in Veilstone around where there big base is and there will be a team galactic guy and you talk to him and he runs and drops the key to the warehouse if you mean the big base the headquarters I think it's somewhere in part of the headquarters you can go in already or the warehouse somewhere.

Go to the upper left part of veilstone..theres the warehouse and theres another building..

To get the key to the galactic hq, it is in the galactic basement but to get the key for the basement there will be a galatic grunt outside the hq and he'll have the key for the basement.
