Question for Pokemon Pearl

I've beat the elite 4 4 times and when I go to canalave city and talk to the sailer but he just asks if I want go to iron island. What should I do?

Once you have got the national dex you go into house next to the sailor and talk to the boy in the bed. Then the sailor will take you to fullmoon isle where you find cresseila, who runs away and you get the lunar wing. Go back to canalave city and talk to the boy and he wakes up.

PS you can now run into cresseila in the wild use the marking map.
