Does an ultra ball catch every Pokemon or is there a Pokemon that can only be caught with a master ball ?

Ultra balls have a chance to catch all Pokemon it's just easier to use a master ball on the legendaries sometimes
Well with ultra balls it's just chance if you catch a strong Pokemon like a lengendary. No there is no Pokemon that can only be caught with a master ball, but master balls have no flaw in catching the Pokemon that it is thrown at.
The ultra ball can catch every Pokemon but it is easier if the Pokemon has a status change (Poision, confused, burned etc.) and the master ball can catch every Pokemon without fail.
1. An Ultra Ball is just a slightly improved Great Ball.
2. Any Pokemon can be caught with any Ball, but some are very hard to catch in some balls. (Example: Catching a level 100 with a regular pokeball.) A Master Ball should only be used when you're having a really hard time catching a Pokemon, so don't waste it.
