You can't trade them, but once you get the National Dex you can Pal Park them.

Have FireRed in the GBA slot. Then hit "Migrate from FireRed." Choose the six Pokemon that you're going to migrate then catch them at Pal Park on Rt221. NOTE: You will have to look in the place you would most likely find them in the wild to encounter them!

Put FireRed in the GBA slot of the DS, and start your game. Make sure you have the National Pok�Dex. Otherwise, go get it and see every Pok�mon in the Sinnoh Dex. Then, just start your game and select " Migrate from Fire Red. "
