If you have Oak's Letter from a Nintendo Event(or cheating), you will see Oak there and he will talk to you and then the screen will go white and the route will entend with flowers everywhere. Then you will see Shaymin. When you are done talking with Oak, bike up the new path and you can fight Shaymin. It is only Lv 30

It's used for the Shaymin Event. It's used to meet Prof. Oak and to fall in to a Garden, in which you encounter Shaymin.

It is for the evnt Shaymin.Unfortunately you have to wait next year.If you live out of the region you can obtain it with wi-fi(or so it was heard)
