Is there a way to get Pokemon from gold?(like trading to leafgreen or something)

Hey I'm sorry to tell you that there is no way possible to poemons from gold.
But what you can try is to find a game that trades with gold and pearl

No. There is no way to send Pokemon from GB games to GBA or DS games
No. Gold can't transfer to any of the newer generations INCLUDING Third Generation [Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Leaf Green and Fire Red.], so it's impossible to get Gold version stuff to D/P. BUT, there are G/S/C Pok�mon available after you obtain the National Dex.
