If possible could anyone tell me how to get rid of a bad egg in Pokemon Pearl? I know I can't release it or trade it out,can anyone help? Thanks.

You can't get rid of it.. It will destroy your game sooner or later, find someone that you trust to hold all the good Poke'mon you have, then start a new game.
Trade it to someone stupid, put it on the GTS or whatever.
They'll kill your game eventually...
