I'm not sure I understand your question. But I'll try to answer it anyway. If you mean what ball to use, take along quick balls and ultra balls. You'll have to weaken it first obliviously but once you've done that it's easy enough.....

To have a good chance of catching it, you are going to really need a Pokemon with Mean Look, Block, or alternatively, you can catch a Wobbuffet, Trapinch, any Pokemon that has the ablity Arena Trap, you can use those as well.
