Question for Pokemon Pearl

I'm trying to catch Heatran. I've already helped some guy get the magma stone but how do I cach Heatran?
Is there some secret room in stark mountain? Or do I need a action replay?

Go to Buck's house in the Fight Area, then go back to the place where you found the Magma Stone, and Heatran will be there. Hope this Helped!

You get the stone back from him and return to that room where you found the Magma stone. Heatran will be there.

1. Get the national dex.
2. Go to his house
3. He will say he returned it
4. Go back and heatran will be in the room you were in before

Fly back to the Survival Area and go into the house west of the Pokemon Center. You will see Buck and he will leave. Go back to Stark Mountain and go back to the room where Buck found the Magma Stone and Heatran will be waiting there
