What is the deal with catching ROTOM?????

After getting the National Dex, go to the Old Chateau at the north end near the exit of Eterna Forset. Gardenia will talk to you about it. Go in and go upstairs. Go in the second door from the left and there will be a TV in the room. At night, come back and it will ask you to thump the TV. You will fight Rotom but be careful as it is only LV 15
You have to get Cut and go to the forest and use cut to go into the building, then walk up the stairs and go through the door, then go to the 2nd room on the left of the door (i think thats right, if not try the other doors) then walk up to the TV and click on it and you will battle Rotom, this will only work if you get the National Dex
You have to go into The Old Chateu (or whatever) at night and press A on the picture with the eyes and you will fight him.
