Question for Pokemon Pearl

I have what I think is a decent sinnoh team which is good but I want to learn likes of manaphy the attack hydro cannon and my luxray the attack volt tackle but I need the main codes ormy action replay because I want to learn my Pokemon the attacks I want to learn them so please can some one help me out please

Secondly can you please rate my two teams weakest to strongest

Sinnoh mixed (old team )
Chatot umbreon
Lucario flygon
Luxray mew
Manaphy swampert
Ambipom meganium
Infernape charizard
