I've nearly finished the sinnoh pokedex and I can't find three. The numbers are : 046_135_149. I know the third one's DIAGLA (not to brag I have PALKIA)but I don't know where to find him.

Ok to get a wormadon is unknown(wormadon is 46). To get a lumineon you must get a good rod and fish on iron island, then you evolve it by lvl.(to get lumineon, number 135)And to get Dialga you go to library in Celestic town and talk to the old lady she show you a picture of Dialga, adding him to your pokedex.
46- Wormadam- A trainer on Route 214
135- Lumineon- A trainer on Route 223
149- An ancient book the elder of Celastic shows you. (looks at the book)
You go to celestic town and talk too the old lady in the big house and she will show you a pic of diagla that somehow add to your pokedex as seeing it.
Pokemon 46= Wormadam
Poke 135= Lumineon
You can find a picture of Dialga at the elder's house in Celestic Town.
