Question for Pokemon Pearl

I have 2 question.
1:I have transferred my manaphy egg to pearl but I can not find it wheres is it?
2i have got to the 4 gym I thing the one in hart thorne city but the leader isnot there whant do I do help.

1. In the Pokemon Mart and talk to the green dude.

2. You need to get to Veilstone City and beat the gym leader. You also need to beat the Pastoria City gym leader then you can challenge the Hearthome one.

1) Go to the Poke'mon, and talk to the guy at the counter. He should give you an egg.

2) You need to get around Celestic City in order for her to return, so just move on for now, and challenge other gyms.

1.Go to a pokemart & talk to a guy in green & he'll give you your egg.

2.The hearthrome gym is the 5th gym,there should be a route south or east of the city that should take you to a city called pastoria city,that's where the 4th gym is.
