How am I supposed to get oaks letter? Then what do I do after that?

You could cheat to get it. You need to go to te end of route 224 at the polished rock and talk to Prof. Oak.

P.S. Only use after you beat Pokemon League.

You get it from a Nintendo Event...... After you get the letter, go to Route 224 and go to the wierd rock, and Oak will be there... You will be transported downward, and Shaymin will see you and run. Chase after it and fight it.

You need to wait for the event nintendo will hold for it or use action replay.When you do get oaks letter you go to the very end of route 224 & you should see an extention of the land,follow the long trail until you come to a flower garden,you should see a small hedgehog like thing,it's the legendary Pokemon shaymin.
