Question for Pokemon Pearl

I just caught Tyrogue, the person who evolves into Hitmonchan and lee and top, but how do you get him to evolve?

It evolves at level 20 I think. You must have certain stats to get the different evolutions.

Get him to Level 20 and if:
His Attack is higher than his Defense, you get Hitmonlee
His Attack is lower than his Defense, you get Hitmonchan
His Attack and Defense are the same, you get Hitmontop

It evolves at LV20, like xlizardx said. But:

To get hitmonchan:
Attack < defence

To get hitmonlee:
Attack > defence

To get hitmontop:
Attack = defence
