When can you use a dusk stone and dawn stone on eevee.Please help. ;-()

You don't use it on eevee you use the dusk stone on murkrow an the dawn stone on Kirlia if it's a boy. It turns them both into awesome pokemon.

You don't use the dusk or dawn stones on evee. They change into umbreon and espeon based on the time of day. ALso, the have to be at max happiness for them evolve.

You can not use those stones on an eevee. Eevee will evolve into Umbreon and Espeon when you max their happiness in either the day or night time and then level them up a little in order for them to evolve.
