After getting the National Dex, go to Canalave City. Go find the sailor that took you to Iron Island. Inside the house he will tell you that his son is sick and needs an item that relates to Cresselia. He will offer to take you to Fullmoon Island where you will first see Cresselia. It will run and leave an item behind. Give the item to the sailor and go hunt for Cresselia using the Marking Map
You go 2 canalave city you go inside the sailors house you see the little boy slepping in the bed(only at night)the you go outside and talk to the sailor and he will say want to sail to full moon island and you say yes then you go inside this 1 thing and then you will c it but it willfly away so you your Pokemon trackerand you'll find it briannah
