Question for Pokemon Pearl

Hi, can someone help me with either helping me with pokesavs, because every time I go to the box I put the Pokemon I want in theyre gone or help me with making Pokemon and stuff in you're party, and can someone make me these codes ? Along with or without the help plz, here it goes
