To open the Inn in Canalave City (and find Darkrai), you need the Membership Pass from a Nintendo Event or cheat to get it
It's a Nintendo Event, you can't get it in the USA yet. You could use AR to get it though, to save you the time.
Umbreon dude, you don't need to wait, just go to the 3rd floor of the sinnoh news station then talk to him. First put 'EVERYONE' ' HAPPY' then he asks you for feedback, put ' WI-FI' 'CONNECTION'. He'll say he'll let you in on some stuff and then you need to save you're game. Restart and you'll see mystry gift. Click on it then choose reccicve gift and then nintendo Wi-Fi. It works as long as you can connect to nintendo Wi-Fi. This works and I tried it myself to get the 3 Pokemon from event - Arceus, Darkrai and shaymin.
