There is no item that does that.Its already almost "Unbeatable".It had WonderGuard which makes only super effective hits work

Probably the Focus Sash because all the moves that can kill you Shedinja in one blow makes to leave 1HP to Shedinja, but Shedinja only has 1HP, but I do not personnally try it & I know by experience with other pokemons that the weather(hail or Sandstorm) can kill Shedinja
