#108 is spiritomb you have to get an odd keystone from a karate man, put it in the Hallowed Tower and talk to 32 people in the underground (excluding hikers) or fight the champion (at the end of the elite four).

#115 is riolu get the egg from Riley at the end of Iron Island or fight Veteran Grant at the Oreburgh Gate
#134 is finneon fight Swimmer (female) Cassandra on route 223 or go to the valley windworks and fish with your Good Rod
#135 is Lumineon fight Swimmer (female) Miranda on route 223, fish in the Valley Windworks with the Super Rod, or evolve Finneon
#139 is Milotic fight the champion or evolve feebas with more than 170 beauty.
