Hi, I'm stuck in Pokemon pearl I can't get the third badge every time I go in the gym leader isnt there and if I talk the man he says she will return one day after you visit places I don't know what to do I've been stuck for weeks if anyone knows please help me

The gym you are trying to get into is actually the fifth gym. To get to the third gym, head to the southeast end of town and follow the route that leads out past there. Eventually, you will find the third gym
Go to Pastoria town you in the wrong town for that gym shes the 5th gym leader.
That's the fifth badge you have to go to the THIRD gym which is Maylene in Veilstone. You have to do some things before you can go there like the Team Galactic building. Why not follow some guides to make it easier.
That isnt the third leader it's the sixth, you have to continue on your jounrney first.
The gym you are actually trying to get into is the fifth Gym. You have to get the badges from the Veilstone and Pastoria Gyms first. Then you need to follow the Team Galactic Grunt in Pastoria City out of town. However, as you try to exit town, [Insert Rival's Name] will appear and challenge you, so be sure to heal up after battling the Gym Leader. After thrashing [Insert Rival's name], head out of Pastoria and onto the next route. Keep going and you'll find yourself on a beach. Keep going and you shall find the Team Galactic Grunt. Continue following him until he finally gets the nerve to challenge you. He only has a mere Glameow, which shouldn't be much of a threat to you after your previous Gym Battles. Anyways, continue following the path until you are at Lake Valor. There, you will find Cynthia, the lady who gave you HM01 Cut in Eterna City. She will ramble on to you about the Psyducks outside of the Cafe near Solaceon Town. After she's finished talking her useless blabber, she will give you the Secret Potion. Give it to said Psyducks, and they will move out of the way. Then, Cynthia will give you instructions to go to Celestic Town and give her Grandmother an Old Charm. Continue through that route, and you will get to Celestic Town. Next to the Pokemon Center, Cynthia's granny will tell you about a Team Galactic member threatening to blow up the town with a bomb. Rid the town of him, and Cynthia's grandma will congratulate you on your deed, and tell you to enter the cave. Do so, and examine the writing on the wall, and Cynthia's mother will give you HM03, Surf. Exit the cave, and Cyrus will be talking to you, then the HeartHome city Gym will be open.
You can't get the 3rd badge because you are in the wrong location. The third badge is in Veilstone City. Go back there when you have 4 badges and visited Celestic Town.
Everyones talking about meeting Fantina but I don't kno where she is? Someone said shes in Lake Valor but I can't get in there because 2 guys are blocking the way. Can someone plz help me
