Question for Pokemon Pearl

Ok I have Pokemon emerald and pearl, but when I restart there isn't a migrate options whats HAPPENING???
PS.. I've completed the sinnoh pokedex

You need to visit Pal Park first for it to appear

You might want to go to Pal Park first. Pal Park is South of Sandgem town. Once you have been there once, turn off Pearl, and Insert Emerald into the Dual Slot. Start the game and head for the Migrate from Emerald option. Then select 6 Pokemon from your box. Once that's done. Go into Pal Park and Start recatching your Migrated Pokemon.
