I just finished beating the fourth gym in veilstone city, and Teah Galastic just took a bunch of stuff to Pastoria Town. Then I'm told to go to the Lake Valor, but two guys are blocking the path. How do I get through?

The guy was suppost to get away. If you have the Secret Potion from Cynthia, use it to move the Psyduck and head for Celestic Town.
When you try to go to Valor, you will met Cynthia. She will give you a Secretpotion to use on the Psyduck north of Solaceon Town. You will not be able to enter Lake Valor until after beating the Gym leader in Canalave City
