Question for Pokemon Pearl

Where can you find a trainer with a Mothim? If you don't know, then can you tell me what level a Wormadam evolves into a Mothim at?

An Ace Trainer on Route 210(foggy route) has one. Wormadam doesn't evolve into Mothim. A Male Burmy evolve into Mothim at level 25 and a Female Burmy will evolve into Wormadam at level 25

First, Burmy is a forked evolution like Slowpoke or Gloom. Unlike these, Burmy's evolution is dictated on the gender. Females will evolve into Wormadam, while males evolve into Mothim. Male Burmys evolve into Mothim at Lv. 20 I believe. As for seeing a Mothim, an Ace trainer has one on Route 210.
