Its near the main building you come in from pastoria city I don't know the exact location but just use the dousing machine

To find the key, use the item finder.
It's near where the lady is.

Walk out of the guard hosue at Valor Lakefront where an officer will heal you. Walk north one space, look left and press A

To find the suit key you to the front of the warehouse (team G HQ) the will someone at the front walk neare him and he start talking the he will run off he will drop the suit key
