Who do I breed my nlissey with for it to learn seismic toss and or aromatherapy??

Someone in one of it's egg classes that knows Seismic Toss or Aromatherapy

You mean blissey? You can breed it with a roselia that knows aromatherapy to get a happiny with armomatherapy. Also you can breed it with a breeloom with counter to make it have counter. Or with a clefairy with gravity to make it have agravity. Or skitty with heal bell to make it have heal bell. Or breed it with a plusle with helping hand to make it have helping hand. Or with a clefairy with metranome to make it have metranome. Or with a delibird with present to make it have present. Or with a kecleon with sunstitute to make it have sunstitute but it can't get seismic toss with breed only from a move tutor in previous games not a current one.

Blissey cannot learn Seismic Toss by hatching an Egg(the only way to have it is to cheat or to see a Move Tutor in Pokemon Emerald or Pokemon Firered/Leafgreen)

But Blissey can learn Aromatherapy by beeing with a Roselia who learns Aromatherapy at level 43
