What moves do Darkrai, Arceus, and Shaymin learn? I know every Pokemon there is,and where to find them(except those three and Celebi,and I think you get him in Pokemon coloseum if you purify all 48 shadow Pokemon without using any of the time flutes. Is this true?)

I'm not sure about celebi, But Darkrai, Arceus, and Shaymin, you get through Nintendo event or Action Replay.
Darkrai learns Dark Void. (makes all enemies sleep, with his ability IT is a powerful move!!)
Arceus (i think) learns judgement.
Shaymin I can't remember
Look at serebii.net at the pokedex spot.
Also I am not sure about Celebi.
