1.how do you get the ice and grass version of eevee?

1. Level up Eevee near Ice Rock on Route 217 to get the ice form and near Moss Rock in Eterna Forest for the grass form
2. Not really becuase you have to retrain the weaker Palkia, even though it gains experience quicker

OK, to get the ice version (glaceon) you must go level up evee at ice rock. This is located near route 217...snow point city. For leafeon go to eterna forest and level it up there...try to be close to moss rock.

Okay, to answer your EEVEE question

Glaceon, the ice evolution, is obtained when you level up EEVEE with a lot of happiness by the icey rock south of Snowpoint City

Leafeon is obtained when you level EEVEE up with a lot of happiness in Enterna Forest by the mossy rock in the North-West corner of the forest

And about the Palkia question, if the blue Palkia was a SHINY then I wouldn't have traded it, myself, but if that is what you want then it was up to you

To get Leafeon and Glaceon you must level up Eevee around the Rocks in Eterna Forest and Route 217. I think it is not the best deal since you probally traded a shiny Palkia for a normal one. The blue one also had a Level edge on the red one.
