Where do I get the pokemonradar. I'm just got it and I have this book tha tells you where every Pokemon is and it said use pokemonradar. And I didn't know what they where talking about. So help me out.

Professor Rowan will give you the Pokeradar after yopu get the national dex. You must walk in the grass off of your bike to use it. The Pokemon found are only found by going in the grass that shakes after you use the Pokeradar.
