Question for Pokemon Pearl

I have a few questions about Spiritomb.
I talked to 32 people first.(using AR) Then I put the stone in the hallowed tower. Every time I click on the Tower, nothing happens. It just says what the Hallowed Tower is. Can someone help me? And can someone tell me what level Spiritomb is on? Thanks.

You must put the Keystone in FIRST, then talk to 32 people, You did it backwards.

You need to put the Odd Keystone in first. It is at level 25 and can be boy or girl.
