Where do you get the super rod please I need to know!

The only way you can get the super rod is if you have the national pokedex. If you come into the fight area by the boat, go up so your heading to route 225,
If you have the national pokedex you will be able to go through, if you don't you will be blocked bye to men talking abount the national pokedex.
befor you go into the building to go to route 225 there will be a fisherman next to the little building. Talk to him and he will give you the super rod.
You get the Super Rod at the Battle Area, right where you get off the boat from Snowpoint City. You should see a fisherman.
It is in the battle area. The first time you got off the boat at the battle area, there were two guys north blocking the path, but after you do the battle tower 1 time, they are gone. So if you go up there where the people were before you go into the route changing tunnel thing, there is a fisherman with a super rod.
After you beet the Elite Four, Your rival should tell you to the place where the Battle Tower is by get on a boat just south of Snowpoint City. When you get there, there is a Fisherman by the dock you just arrived on. Talk to him and you get the Super Rod.
You must first have the National Dex. It is found in the Fight Area. Talk to the fisherman by the gate to route 225
