On route 217, there is a house with a guy in it that says somethings like "when I was out hikeing I dropped my HM..." and when you get done go right behind his house and you see a pokeball that has the hm rock climb in it.
It's in the blizzard near Snowpoint city in a pokeball outside a man's house.
Rock Climb is behind the Hiker's house on Route 217. It might be tricky to find with all the snow
Okay, now ya know when you're on the way to Snowpoint City and you hit the blizzard? Well, on the far left when you enter the second wide area in the blizzard, there shoud be a house. Inside, a guy will say that he wishes he still had rock climb. About 5-9 steps north of the house, you should see a pokeball. Open it, and it should say "Obtained the HM 08 Rock Climb!" If ya don't find it, keep searching. Hope this helps.
theres a mans house near snowpiont city right behind it is the hm rockclimb.
