Question for Pokemon Pearl

I don't understand how to use the Wild Pokemon Mod that was posted in the forum. Do I just enter the code, activate it, and then, wherever I am at when the game starts, discard the correct number of Masterballs, walk forward until I encounter a Pokemon, and the Pokemon will be the one whose National Pokedex number matches the number of Master Balls I have left? Will this even work for Mew, Celebi, and other event only legendaries from FireRed, Leafgreen, Sapphire and Ruby? I have all of the Pokemon for those four games except the event only ones, and I would like to have those.

Ok first you enter the code in your ar,then when you turn on you're diamond or pearl press X and your menu should pop up and then press L+R and go to you're bag.In the first slot should be 493 master balls.Let just say you want Mew so it's pokedex number is 151 so you should do your calculation (493-151=342) and toss 342 master balls.Finally press and hold L while you walk in the grass
