ChaosBug7 answered:

Wonderguard is a Pokemon ability that protects the one who has it from all non supereffective attacks. Pokemon with Wonder Guard can still be injured by Status Conditions, Sandstorm, Hail, and other moves that do indirect damage as well as supereffective moves. Only Shedinja has it without codes.

Alchemy Wep answered:

Wonderguard is an ability that originally, only Shedinja has. However with codes, people are using it on Spiritomb or Sableye with Wonder Guard. The reason why they want it? It's because Wonder Guard only lets the user get hit by only the Super Effective attacks. However since Spiritomb/Sableye has no weaknesses, Wonder Guard prevents damage. The only scratch on the armor is that you can still get hit by Hail and Sandstorm, so Hippowdon, Tyranitar and Abomasnow can still pierce the armor, slowly, but steadily.
