Question for Pokemon Pearl

Hi people, I have 3 questions to ask.

1. Where is lapras?
2. Do you find unown ! And ? Or not?
3. What happens you have all unown and go to the ruin maniacs cave?

And I have all unown apart from C,! & ?

Lapras is only found only in Victory Road. Remamber the blocked off area before defeating the E4, head in that enterance. When you get to the watered area, just surf. You can also transfer him/her from FireRed, LeafGreen to your game. If you transfer Lapras from previous generations, it should be in Pal Park. You do find Unown ! And ? But to do so, you first need to catch the 26 letters of Unown. Return to the Ruin Manic's cave after you caught the first 26, and he should have punched an entrance in a hidden room. In that room, the last two Unown make home.

B) Yes after you catch c go talk to the ruin maniac.

III/ you get to go in the room above the others. You know that room with that door and your like "AHHHHHH, HOW DO I GET UP THERE!!!!!!!!".
