Does anyone have an idea where I should train? Pokemon LEague, Battle ISland? Please Help

Hi the best place to fight other trainers is
1.have the vs seeker
2.go to th route that you go to sunyshore city
3.use the vs seeker on the fishers
They have gyaradoses
