There is a secret passage under the bike path

U go under the path at the top and there should be a door you will walk into if you keep trying to find it. You will need strength and a lot of great/ultra balls and Pokemon at lvl 24 to 26. They are a lot of other Pokemon and gibles are very rare, but KEEP TRYING! There ale also many items here so you need you're bike and a lot af patience

You can find Gible in Wayward cave beneath cycling road.
