What do you do in the Pokemon mansion? How can I find the eevee?

In Pokemon Mansion you don't really do athing and to get EEVEE(my favorite Pokemon)you need to get the National Pokedex and go to Bebe,who is at Hearthome City.
NOTE:Even though you should already know thins you need a free space in your party.
