I used the action replay code for all TM's but then all my HM's dissapeared. Is there anyway of getting back the HM's?

There is no way to get your HMs back except by putting new game
Hahaha you're all wrong my friend make me another code that gives X95 of every TM and each HM so I didnt need to start a new game!!!!!
