You go to your computer and select ball capsules and choose seals to put on pokeball(s) and set it to a pokemon

You can put them on the pokeballs.

All seals do is make your poke balls look better when the Pokemon are sent out in battle

OK, go to a nearby pokecenter. (or a nearby P.C.) Go to "Your name's" P.C. And check seals. Fool around with your seals. Remember, though, you can't deposit Pokemon when they have a ball capsule on. Hope I helped!
